How to Set it Up

Outside Setup

1. Take out the cords that came with your Xbox One.
2. Take the cord that has the wall charger on the one side and plug into a wall plug.
3. Take the other side of the cord and plug into the spot on the back of the Xbox One that is all the way on the left.
4. See the other cord that came with it? That's the HDMI cord. Plug one side of it into the port directly to the right of the last cord or else it will be wrong. Plug the other end into the HDMI port onto the screen the you want to play your Xbox One on.
5. Turn on the Xbox and your TV and continue to the Inside Setup.

Inside Setup

• Follow what it says to do very carefully.
• If you are making your account and it wont let you use the gamertag that you typed in, then it means that someone ese has already taken that name and that you have to use a differnent one.
• WARNING!!! Be careful to chose the gamertag that you want because you can only change it once and then you have to pay for it to change it again.
• There will be an update that is a fair size. I cannot be avoided. When you get to the update that should be the last step in setting up your console.
