Art technique

Impressionism art can be painted by:

• Tiny, thin, visible brush strokes, with an open composition.
• By bold brush strokes, to drive the observer around the canvas.
• The use of a palette knife to create interesting dramatic effects.
• By contrasting colors such as warm(yellow, red, orange) and cool(blue, green, purple). Impressionists use broken colors to create the illusion of movement.
• Impressionism art has an emphasis on precise depictions of light in the artwork even though there isn't a lot of detail.

There's no one way to create impressionism art, just do whatever satisfies you the most.

Claude Monet

Claude Monet,(Oscar-Claude Monet) born November 14th, 1840-died December 5th, 1926, was one of the creators of the French Impressionist painting style along with his companions. He took a different point of view of how landscapes should be interpreted and seen as paintings. He inspires impressionist painters to do their art spontaneously. To the point that they don't use art studios but instead paint scenes of everyday life or outside sceneries. In the second half of the 20th century, his popularity was at an all-time high, while his art traveled around the world from museum exhibitions that brought record crowds.
