The Collision
The Andromeda-Milky Way collision is a galactic collision predicted to occure in 3.75 billion years from now.Currently the Milky Way is moving about 250,000 miles per hour, this is fast enough for us to travel from the earth to the moon in one hour! When they collide the result would be a giant elliptical galaxy
