1. Practice, Practice, Practice!! 2. Condition: run a lot because theres a lot of running in basketball 3. Weightlifting: this will add more muscle to your body which helps you be in better shape 4. Eat right: make sure your fruits and vegetables, also try eating a lot of carbs before games so you will have energy 5. Show up on time to practice: this might make you better at basketball, but you will impress your coach and you can put up some extra shots
