Chapati

Discription

Chapati is an unleavened, whole wheat flatbread that originated in the Indian subcontinent and is now a staple in many South Asian and East African cuisines.

Reasons I like Chapati

  • when you fry it in your pan the dough inflats a little and it is really fun to watch it is a flate bread but it is not sweet nor bland it has a good simple taste. When you cook it the nice warm aroma fills the air
