Baked plantains are a dish made by cooking ripe plantains in an oven until they are soft, sweet, and tender inside, often with crispy edges.

Reasons why I like plantain

when baked in the oven it is crispy on the outside and really creamy on the inside. I really like bananas and this is like a banana desert. My mom makes it all the time so grew up eating plantain alot.
