The delicious dishes you'll love

Vietnam is the place where I was born and raised. To me Vietnam is a country with a lot of delicious food and especially street food. Vietnam is divided into three distinct regions: North, Central and South. Food is always an attractive topic when it comes to Vietnam. Vietnamese dishes are not only dishes and ways of processing but also a natural culture formed in life. In Vietnam food is not about quality but taste is very important. Each region has a unique flavor that makes the dishes of each region become more unique.

Northern food is characterized by a salty, rich taste, usually not as spicy, fatty and sweet as other regions, mainly using thin fish sauce, shrimp paste. Use a variety of easy-to-find vegetables and freshwater aquatic products such as shrimp, crab, fish, clams, and mussels. Central food is famous for its pungent taste, with all its own characteristics expressed in its distinct flavor, the dish is more spicy and salty than the dishes in the North and the South, the colors are richly mixed, inclined to dark red and brown. Southern cuisine, which has a penchant for sweet and sour taste, is characterized by the addition of sugar and the use of coconut milk. Southern food also uses more brackish and saltwater seafood than the North. Street food in Vietnam is one of the healthiest, tastiest, and most distinct cuisines in the world. The Vietnam street food culture is almost inescapable, you just need to take a few steps outside your hotel to experience it.
