You may be wondering why I chose this topic, or you may not. Either way I'm going to tell you. As you know, we have recently been in a pandemic. Going on since last year. During these times people were isolated and weren't able to see their family, friends, or really even strangers on the street. Many people felt alone and felt like the world was crumbling right in front of their eyes. It may still seem like that. I'm here to spread awareness about it. It may not make a big impact but I hope this atleast gets to one person. Mental Health is something that is very important, don't ever think it is not. It has a very big impact on your mind and your body making it seem difficult to stay alive, or even having the will to stay alive. Or you could be feeling anxious and worried most of the time. Maybe, you have trouble focusing or just being patient. You, the person reading this, may even feel like this, and that is completely fine. Yes, it may not seem normal but many people feel what you feel.
