The Percussion Section: Instruments

In this section, the instruments that will be listed are the instruments that play a main part in an orchestra.

Drumset

In a drum set, many different instruments come together to form a kit. The basic instruments that come together are: a snare drum, bass drum, floor tom, mid tom, high tom, hi-hat, and cymbols. There are many different variations of these isntruments. For example, the bass drum can vary in size and there are multiple different types of cymbols, all producing their own unique sound.
