Sue Miley or the "Laughing Doll," is the Floor Master of the first and second floors in the facility and host of the first Main Game.
Miley has long brown hair that flips up at the end and frames her face. She has heterochromatic eyes; her right red and left yellow. Miley's outfit gives the overall impression of sweets. She wears a gray shirt under her brown dress and a yellow kerchief. The bodice looks like melting chocolate and her long gloves match, though they look like they were dipped in yellow icing. Her puffed-up skirt is two-layered; the top layer being red and the bottom brown. She has a yellow ribbon loosely tied around her waist and a red ribbon around her neck. On her head, tipped slightly to the side, is a yellow melting crown with three brown dots near the tips.
Even though Miley is called "The Laughing Doll", she isn't as friendly as her name seems to hint. Miley is sadistic she enjoys seeing the participants in the death game suffer, and even goes as far as to torment them by dangling hope before crushing it. She enjoys toying with their despair as the participants start questioning their chances of survival. Miley also has her own plans and agenda, dropping valuable clues to Sara even as she mocks her. She doesn't care about Sara personally, but she derives amusement in seeing how she and the other participants will react to unexpected information.
Rio Ranger or the "Dressup Doll," is 1 of the 3 floor master of the third floor.Ranger has unruly orange hair and orange eyes. His mouth is usually hidden behind little expression cards he carries around with him. Ranger wears a green shirt under a beige vest and a yellow hood with black accents. He has a yellow kerchief around his neck. In addition, he usually carries around a swirly pink ice cream cone with a single blue wing and little eyeballs sprinkled on it.
A notable design of Ranger's is that he wears an article of clothing from some of the deceased participants: Joe's hair clip, Mishima's tie, Mai's gloves, Kugie's skirt, Anzu's yellow hood, along with Kai's apron and Naomichi 's tank top which are tied around his waist.
Ranger was created with nearly only negative personality traits, and was devoid of any empathy or kindness until later in Chapter 2. He speaks crudely and disrespectfully to everyone except for his father. Ranger feels sadistic glee at human despair, and most of his actions are done so that he might incite misery in the people around him. In truth, his hostility stems from a deeply-rooted inferiority complex toward humans. He pretends like he treats humans dismissively, but in truth he pays a lot of attention to them - going as far as collecting clothing from dead participants to wear for himself.
Tia Safalin or the "Crying Doll," is the second Vice Floor Master to Rio Ranger in the Death Game.Safalin is thin with an hourglass figure. She has shoulder-length green hair topped by a headpiece resembling whipped cream. She has large green eyes with exaggeratedly large tears drawn beneath them and dark tired eye-bags. She is often seen wearing a timid expression with quivering lips.
Her outfit is reminiscent of melon cream soda. Safalin wears a large collared vanilla cream and green colored tube dress with a frothy design. Her lopsided blue hat has a swirly soft-serve style decoration with a cherry on the side, and a doctor's mirror on the rim. Her hat also has a blue and white striped straw sticking out from the top. She has a blue ribbon wrapped symmetrically around her arms and neck and wears thigh-high green socks with cream accents.
Safalin is the most reserved doll. Her first appearance is on a screen in the Monitor Room, and she only emerges in person when Ranger demands it. Afterward, she roams Floor 3, practicing hospitality for "important participants" on orders from the Floor Master, Rio Ranger.
Her title, "The Crying Doll", is congruous with the way she acts. She seems to have a rather submissive personality, often allowing others to bully her. She never asserts herself and is quick to apologize for any perceived misstep. On occasion, Safalin seems to be carried away by an unusually brazen and almost sadistic streak, so far only seen when she is meeting one-on-one with a participant. It is unclear whether this behavior is intended to be entirely malicious or not, and what exactly triggers this shift in her behavior. As soon as another individual enters the scene, she quickly resumes her typical behavior.
Despite being one of the most polite Floor Masters, she still maintains her position as one of the participants' adversaries. She has an amoral, research-oriented side that emerges when others are in great pain or suffering. During the final Main Game, if the player chose Kanna as the sacrifice, she reacts to the participants' pleas with a smile and reminds them that she was always their enemy.
Gashu Satou is one of the "dolls" in the Death Game. He is the "Receptionist Doll" on the third floor and the host of the 2nd Main Game. Gashu's outfit, like those of Tia Safalin and Sue Miley, is sweets-themed - specifically tiramisu. Gashu wears a brown blazer jacket and matching pants over a brown and tan striped turtleneck shirt. Two of the tan stripes has a row of yellow circles. In his left breast jacket pocket is a plant stem of some kind and a button pinned on his right. The pin has the hiragana letter po on it. Like all the particapants he also wears a collar device on his neck.
Prior to Ranger's death, Gashu put up a façade of emotionlessness. His true personality proved to be one of eccentricity and single-minded devotion to the Death Game. Although he acted politely to the participants (on occasion playing along with Gin's nicknames), he did not hesitate to kill himself to ensure the Death Game's smooth progression.
Sou Hiyori was originally supposed to participate in the Death Game but did not end up as one of the 20 participants who played it. A doll version of Sou, which can be renamed by the player but is by default named Midori, is the Floor Master of the Fourth and Fifth Floors.
Sou has bright green hair and wide disconcerting, jade eyes. His hair is short and wavy with a rattail. He stands slightly hunched over. His outfit consists of a black suit, red tie, and the same scarf that Shin Tsukimi wears. The Sou Hiyori doll, Midori, wears a Floor Master collar but he can take his off.Sou/Midori is a cruelly mischievous man shrouded in mystery. He seems to have somewhat sadistic tendencies; deriving happiness from teasing and harassing others for his own amusement, even in life and death situations. He enjoys making others uneasy and playing inappropriate jokes on them.
He is rather controlling preferring to cheat or trick in order to stay in the dominant position. His energetic and playful manner of speaking is often completely contrary to the dangerous circumstances of their situation treating dark topics with little weight often lightheartedly referencing his own death with no hesitation, and making it into a game.
At times he seems to drop the act, mockingly becoming serious to scold participants if they don't follow his orders. However, this only emphasizes just how much he patronizes the others. Despite speaking in a cheerful and cool manner, Midori seems to actively disdain Alice Yabusame, his supposed killer. Enigmatic and eccentric, his place in ASU-NARO's hierarchy is unclear.
