Security Principles

Online security and making sure all your information is safe is a vital characteristic of a company. Keeping information safe all starts from having a strong password. You should always make sure you have a password strong enough to not be able to be brute, forced or easily identified. If you do not have a strong password possibility for hackers to steal vital information becomes at a much greater risk.5 basic rules you should follow when making a password are:

1. use atleast 8 characters when creating a password
2.Use a variety of different characters that are not commonly used
3.Do not correspond your password with anything that relates to you personally
4.Try to avoid repeating the same characters twice
5.Never share your password with anyone

Someone might choose to use software like PGP, like proton mail. This software allows you to encrypt and add a level of encryption whenever sending email messages so if anyone was to intercept your information it would be encrypted by the software. If your email is not protected things like malware, spam, and phishing could be harmful to your computer all through email attacks.
