It's a random composition notebook titled "Quiet Kid's Journal" followed by numerous entries of miscellaneous days. On the last page there is a list of about twenty names, with four of them crossed out.

A rather confusing find. You could read it again or give it back to Quiet Kid, but other than that its pretty much useless.
