Ground Normals are important moves. They often set up combos, are good tools to get your opponent off you, or could even kill. So here's some of the best.
Bowser Jr isn't a good character, and that's pretty well known. However his Jab is absurd. It kills, and really early too. The Jab is quick, powerful, and kills at the ledge at around 100%! That's so good! Despite being a bad character, his jab really has a lot of punch, literally!
Roy's jab is another great tool, but this time on a much better character. Roy's jab doesn't kill, but it's fast enough that it can combo into a reversed back air. It's a great poke in neutral, and can result in a lot of powerful control.
Now for a great forward tilt, being King K. Rool's. It's main selling point is power with speed. After his great down throw (which we most likely will talk about later) it's a nice and fast damage dealer. It's a nice tool in neutral as well, and a great piece for getting people off of you. And you have some armour on top of the cake as well, so that's always nice.
Simon's forward tilt lacks the sheer power of King K. Rool's, but in return it's massive. It covers a ton of area and has a lot of pushback to deal with people approaching. Simon always wants to keep people off, so this is a strong fast tool to use.
Falco's legendary up tilt is infamous for being a ridiculous combo and confirm tool. It can lead to up air for serious combos or back air for a true kill confirm. Not to mention, the move is massive as well.
Ryu's up tilt is a very simple move, in that it can combo instantly to death via a True Shoryuken. It's powerful, and can really turn the tide. Not to mention, it can combo into other stuff as well.
Rob has a really tough to deal with move. It combos into itself and other moves, and it's safe on shield. This thing is absurd and does a ton for his neutral gameplay.
This move combos really well into Mythra's Forward Air train. It does a lot of work for her combo game before Pyra can dish out the pain.
Most dash attacks aren't the most powerful of tools, but Luigi has a pretty strong neutral power. It can also kill at high percents, but mainly serves as a get-off-me tool.
Ganon's dash attack is very powerful for his game plan. At eearly percents, the strong hitbox will combo. At higher percents, the strong hitbox kills, but the weak hitbox is the combo tool instead. His great killing Up Air and Neutral Air can be comboed from this single move. It does a lot for his neutral.
