The lore

Mobs and items

Yeti

size comparison of a player(Steve) and a yeti

Yeti are an intelligent mob and a special one too, they have a "trust" system that controls how passive, neutral, or hostile they are to a specific target. If they seem safe, they trust them, if they have a little bit of weapons and armor, they get curious or suspicious of them, if they have full armor and weapons, they don't trust them well, and if you hurt them, they don't trust you at all. If they don't trust you, it's best that you take a step back or run if you don't have armor, but if you do have armor, prepare for a fight. But if you decide not to kill one, you can trade with Cryothite shards, gems, or blocks for various tools, armor, or resources. Yeti will also have different facial expression textures meaning they will be the only mob that truely shows their feelings. They also have a leader yeti that controls a yeti group, instead of using a club, they use a mace, they wear a crown that drops when killed. The arms don't have the dark lines on them because I forgot to add them, so I made the lore reason say that they clean their arms

the leader yeti
Instead of the other yeti going straight to killing you when you kill the leader, they pause with the "suprised" face texture for 2-4 seconds, and then start bowing to you like you're their new leader with the "neutral" face texture. as the leader, you can equip the yetis with armor, weapons, and even totem of undyings, and teleport them to your location whenever you want with the Cryothite Staff, but you can't teleport them if you're not in the Stone Cold. The lore reason they make you the new leader is they didn't expect you to be able to defeat their leader due to their power. Health: 40 hp/ 20 hearts (times ten if a leader)

Yeti's Club

If you successfully kill a yeti or have enough Cryothite, you can obtain the Yeti's Club, the Yeti's Club is a special weapon that doesn't need enchantments due to its abilities. To swing, hold the hit button/key and release, the damage varies on how long you held it, To bash, crouch and then hit the same button/key, To Ice strike, press the interact button/key and a row of ice spikes that insta-kill your foes, it has a 30 second cooldown so there is no spamming it.

Cursed Bones (Cryodra)

The undead king of The Stone Cold, the lore of Cursed Bones is that it is the remains of a dragon that was known as the Cryodra, in which is the mob that killed off all the sculk in The Stone Cold out of fear that it will evolve to a powerful hivemind that will assimilate all life in all dimensions and died from getting killed by its own creation, slicicles while it was starving. Cursed Bones is a boss that has complex attacks and has 400 health, it can separate its tail bones and drop them in random areas around you, trying to shield them will break your shield with one shot no matter the durability, it has a frost breath attack that will damage and freeze you, you will be frozen for 3-4 seconds, its final attack is summoning breezes with its frost breath. Health: 750 hp/375 hearts

IT IS IMMUNE TO MACE DAMAGE SO IT CAN'T BE INSTA-KILLED

Ice Crab

Ice Crabs are neutral crustacean mob that spawn in frostfertile jungles and aurora paradise, they attack by pinching and launching an icicle at you from a hole in its snowy back, they can drop packed ice, blue ice, snowballs, and Nitrogen shards (rare). The icicle can grow if fed nitrogen shards (can be found in frostfertile) or swimming in nitrogen. Although it is neutral, it becomes hostile if you get too close to it, but it can be tamed with the same thing you feed it, it doesn't spawn a baby ice crab but instead spawns an egg and stays near it to protect it. Health: 14 hp/7 hearts

Gold Ice Crab

The rare Ice Crab varient, it is way stronger than it's normal relative, instead of shooting icicles, it shoots mini gold blocks that deal 8 hearts. If killed, it will drop a whole block of gold, but sadly they can not reproduce nor be tamed, so no gold farms with them :(. (they have a 1/750 chance of spawning)

Slicicle

A hostile mob that disguises itself as an icicle and waits until a player/mob comes by to kill it, they use their cryothite arms to slice or stab you, dealing the same damage as a diamond sword. they spawn in sculk remnants, ash canyons, and yeti domain, they're hostile towards pretty much anything that moves, except the warden (they run away from the warden if it's near). They can't be tamed at all and their lore is that they don't have any intellegence, their sole purpose is to kill and was given by the cryodra so it could kill all of the sculk in the dimension, but they ended up killing the cryodra because it wasn't specified for what they were meant to kill, which they killed the cryodra when they had the chance (the cryodra was starving). Health: 75 hp/37.5 hearts

Sculk Serpent

front and back

a soul-eating snake found only in the depths of the Sculk Remnants biome, it is hostile but rare and is kind of based on the bobbit worm. It can see but it can't hear, so it peeks out of holes that are 1 block wide, if you are close enough to one thats peeking out of a hole, it will jump out, grab you, and take you into its hole, where it will attack you until you die. it can reproduce but it doesn't make a bay or an egg, it splits itself into 2 and the cut off part will grow a head.

if it hasn't killed (or basically eaten) any mobs for 1 hour, it will lose its ability to see, which it will then use vibrations to find prey. Health: 20 hp/10 hearts per section

Tankifiticus

a reptilian mob found in the ash canyons in the antimolten pools that is hostile and tamable with lava buckets (no you don't lose the bucket), it can attack by either biting, or opening its mouth and shooting out lava. When tamed, you can ride them, but you have to wear netherite or skulkium leggings, or you take damage like when you're standing on magma blocks. Health: 150 hp/75 hearts

The Congregation

The most dangerous mob of The Stone Cold, also the largest. It doesn't just attack on sight, it stalks you, it watches your every move, waiting for your guard to be down. It can swim in waste and is immune to radiation, poison, withering, nausea, and cancer. It also adds a new effect called "adrenaline rush", it makes you run automatically and prevents hunger from lowering when doing activities that lower it. This mob is an amalgamation of warden and sculk serpent corpses that got exposed to waste and was brought to life, caused by the slicicles' curiousity. Health: 2500 hp/1250 hearts

Ores

Skulkium Nitrogen Cryothite Uranium Lead

Ash

Ash can only be found in the ash canyons, it may seem useless but it can be used to make the Potion of Polluting. Potion of Polluting if used, can give you the lung poisoning effect, useful if you're getting chased by endermen or mobs that can run.

Frostfertile

Frostfertile is a tree-like plant that can thrive in cold biomes and grow with nitrogen, instead of needing a sapling to grow from, you can just place down a frostfertile stem and use nitrogen crystals on it to grow a frostfertile tree. They don't have leaves, but they do have sugar ice, which can be used to tame or breed ice crabs. If put in a furnace, you will get sugar (of course), and that's it.
